How do I claim the free HookMe offer?
To claim the free HookMe offer, sign up for the ScrubMe newsletter, wait for your code, add qualifying products worth Β£20 or more to your basket, add an eligible HookMe, and apply your code at checkout. Offer terms can change, so always follow the wording shown on the live offer page or email.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can place an order as a guest. Creating or using an account can make future checkouts faster, but it is not required to buy from ScrubMe.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact ScrubMe as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing or dispatch, but we will always try to help where we can.
Where can I get help if my discount code is not working?
First, check the offer terms, basket minimum, product eligibility and whether the code is still valid. If your code still does not work, contact ScrubMe before completing your order where possible so we can review the issue.

Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. ScrubMe states that free delivery is available on all UK orders.
How long does UK standard delivery take?
UK standard delivery is typically stated as 2 to 4 working days.
Do you offer UK next day delivery?
Yes. ScrubMe offers UK next day delivery for an additional charge. Orders placed before 3pm are stated to be dispatched the same working day for next working day delivery.
When will my order be dispatched?
For standard delivery and deliveries outside the UK, orders are stated to be processed for dispatch within 2 working days, with a dispatch notification email issued within 3 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. ScrubMe states that it ships to more than 100 international destinations.
How long does international delivery take?
Estimated delivery times stated by ScrubMe are 3 to 5 working days for EU delivery and 4 to 7 working days for non-EU delivery.

How long do I have to request a return?
ScrubMe currently states a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
What condition does my item need to be in for a return?
The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Contact ScrubMe first to request a return. If your return is accepted, you will be sent instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return authorisation are not accepted.
Can I return sale items or gift cards?
No. ScrubMe states that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
How long do refunds take?
If approved, refunds are stated to be sent back to the original payment method within 14 business days of the item being returned to the warehouse. Banks and card providers may then take additional time to process the refund.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact ScrubMe as soon as possible if the item is damaged, defective or incorrect so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
